Ushbu siyosat Nahl Group Inc ("biz") SS Santexnik mobil ilovasi va Telegram mini-ilovasi orqali qanday ma'lumotlarni to'plashi va ulardan qanday foydalanishini tushuntiradi.
Qanday ma'lumotlarni to'playmiz
- Ism va telefon raqami - siz buyurtma berganda kiritasiz.
- Joylashuv - faqat "Joylashuvni ulashish" tugmasini bossangiz va ruxsat bersangiz. Yoki o'zingiz yozgan manzil.
- Rasm - faqat o'zingiz tanlagan yoki suratga olgan texnika rasmi.
- Muammo tavsifi - o'zingiz yozgan matn.

Kimlar ko'radi

This policy explains what information Nahl Group Inc ("we") collects through the SS Santexnik mobile app and Telegram mini app, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Name and phone number - entered by you when you place an order.
- Location - only if you tap "Share location" and grant permission, or an address you type yourself.
- Photo - only a photo of the appliance that you choose or take.
- Problem description - text you write.
- Device identifier - a random anonymous key created when the app is first opened. It does not identify you personally; it is used only to show your own orders in "My orders". No registration is required.
- Telegram data (Telegram mini app only) - your Telegram user ID and username, to link the order to you.
How we use it
Only to fulfil your order: to contact you, send a technician to your address, and show the order status. We do not use your data for advertising, tracking or sale. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics.
Who can see it
Orders are sent to an internal Telegram group used by our staff, so they are transmitted and stored by Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). We do not share your data with any other third party, except where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Order data is kept to provide the service and keep your order history. To request deletion, email info@nahl-group.com with your phone number and we will delete it within 30 days.
Children
The service is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
